(“Multiasistencia”), located at street Ronda de Poniente nº 7, 28760, Tres Cantos, Madrid and VAT B-83830802, registered at the Madrid Trade Register, Volume 19.457, Book 0, Folio 191, Section 8, Sheet M-341.456, Inscription 1ª, is the owner of the www.multiasistencia.com portal, that makes the provision of information about products, services and offers from both Multiasistencia and related companies available to internet users.

General usage conditions

The access to the portal is an exclusive user responsibility.

The access to this portal does not engage any kind of contractual relationship between Multiasistencia and the user.

The website access and navigation presume the users` knowledge and acceptance of portal content.

Grupo Multiasistencia may require some of the user’s personal information to access certain sections of the site or certain offered products and services. In these cases, Multiasistencia will provide the user with prior information and, when appropriate, request permission to incorporate their data into the group files. That helps Multiasistencia to facilitate the provision of the mentioned products and services and to accommodate any other customer requests. The previous paragraphs shall apply only when you provide us with your personal information through phones, fax numbers, e-mail addresses or addresses of Spanish contacts included in the websites of the Multiasistencia and its other Spanish lines of businesses. This portal and its content are a exclusive property of Multiasistencia or of the third parties whose rights are recognized by the group, and for that reason are subject to intellectual property rights protected by national and international legislation, the same way the other Multiasistencia portals with different lines of business are.
