MGA is a subsidiary of the Multiasistencia group and for the past 10 years has been specialized in design, commercialization, and operation of customer attraction and loyalty solutions, oriented towards user bases of its corporate clients. The products designed by MGA are service packages provided by them and third parties, directed towards determined collectives to which MGA has access based on agreements with their corporate clients. MGA divides its activity into two sectors:
- Loyalty: covers the original loyalty services area and services packages to attract and retain clients, being one of the few providers capable of giving an integral turn-key solution, which includes all phases of the process.
- Back Office: MGA began this activity in 2004, which consists in providing critical administrative services to financial institutions, such as changes in the direct debit processes or processing transfers.
Additionally, MGA offers a employee conciliation service that markets its workers to corporate customers human resources directors, as well as specific retail sales services packages.
MGA provided added-value services to approximately 2.5 MM people, users of our corporate clients during 2009. It attends to the beneficiaries in 5 languages: Spanish, English, French, German and Catalan, and has an portfolio including more than 200 different services.
