Javier Bartolomé. Managing Director, Group

Javier has been with Multiasistencia since 2000. Prior to that, he was a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group and a Logistics and Distribution Director at Pepsi Cola.
Javier has an MBA from INSEAD, a BA in Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a BA in Law from UNED.

Philippe A. Kerno. Managing Director, International

Philippe joined Multiasistencia in 1995. Prior to that, he worked for FG Corporate Finance, Julius Baer, Kidder Peabody and The First National Bank of Boston in Madrid, Zurich, London, New York and Boston.
Philippe earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics & Political Science from Middlebury College.
He is also Chairman of all of Multiasistencia Group’s foreign subsidiaries.

José Antonio Molleda. Director de Estrategia, Desarrollo Corporativo y RRHH

José Antonio joined Multiasistencia in 2006 and was previously employed as Innovation Director by Cemex, as Project Manager at The Boston Consulting Group and as Product Manager at Repsol YPF. José Antonio attended an intensive Executive Development Program (BEP) at Babson College and has an Industrial Engineering degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Cristina Jiménez. Finance & Administration Director, Group

Cristina joined Multiasistencia in 1987. Prior to that, she worked as Audit Manager of Deloitte & Touche and as Organizational Consultant for CEPSA group in Madrid.
Cristina has a BA degree in Economics from the Universidad Autonoma.

Íñigo Astarloa. Director Corporativo de Operaciones

Iñigo has been with Multiasistencia since 2001. Prior to joining the company, Iñigo worked in international operations for Banco Santander Central Hispano in Spain, Sara Lee in Belgium, and was a strategic consultant for Andersen Consulting.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an industrial engineering degree from ICAI

José María Añón. General Manager - Insurance, Spain

José María joined Multiasistencia in 2000 and was previously employed by The Boston Consulting Group, Caixa Tarragona, Philips, Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Trimble Navigation.
José María has a Master in Engineering degree from Stanford University and a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Cataluña.

José Luís Ruiz Bellew. General Manager - MGA, Spain

José Luís joined Multiasistencia in 2006. Prior to that, he was emplyed as Project Manager by The Boston Consulting Group, Accenture and Grupo Analistas Financieros Internacionales (AFI). José Luís has an Economics Degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid with a specialisation in Corporate Finance from the London School of Economics.
